Wainfleet Fire Department's Emergency Response Vehicle Donation
With the difficult terrain in and around the Wainfleet area, the Wainfleet Fire Department faces challenges associated with accessing parts of the rural community with traditional emergency response vehicles. Berg Equipment is aware of the importance of having an emergency response vehicle that can navigate these areas to provide effective firefighting and rescue efforts to help keep the people of Wainfleet safe.
Berg Equipment has donated a Kubota RTV XG-850 Sidekick utility vehicle (UTV) to the Wainfleet Fire Department to provide them the ability to attend to emergencies in remote locations. Loaded with 4-wheel drive capability, a 75-gallon water tank, a high-pressure woodland fire pump, 100 feet of hose and a stretcher for transporting patients, the Kubota UTV has become an extremely important part of the fire departments fleet.

Berg Equipment is proud to be the Platinum Sponsor of the Wainfleet Minor Hockey Association and the Wainfleet Wild. As the Platinum Sponsor of the WMHA, we help keep registration costs affordable for local Wainfleet families - allowing a greater number of children participate in, and enjoy the game of hockey.
The Wainfleet Wild and the WHMA provides a great opportunity to get young kids into team sports. Berg Equipment recognizes the importance of team sports and providing an opportunity for children to excel and is proud to be a part of the minor hockey community through our partnership with the WMHA.

Major Sponsor of Polo for Health Fundraising Event
Polo for Health is a charity polo event with a goal to raise funds for the Children's Health Unit at the Niagara Health Foundation, while educating the public on the game of polo. It is a day filled with polo games, traditional "divot stomp", VIP luncheon, and silent auction. Polo for Health is hosted by the Plain Bay Polo Centre in Wainfleet, Ontario.
